UNKNW - Artistic Consulting & Concept Development for AI-Generated Video Content

In my collaboration with UNKNW, I provide artistic consulting and conceptual development for AI-generated video content.

My focus is on shaping a strong visual identity and driving innovative storytelling across marketing and promotional materials.

 

From initial company research and strategic insights, I develop the concept and narrative, building storylines that reflect each brand’s unique voice. I create storyboards and provide creative direction to guide designers and animators, ensuring the final product is both visually cohesive and aligned with the brand’s artistic and marketing goals.

Pepsico India _ ​recycle. reimagine.

Highlight PepsiCo’s sustainability efforts in India by telling the story of a recycled bottle.

The goal was to engage Gen Z through a cinematic, dreamlike film that blends romance, nature, and Indian culture in a magical theme park setting.

Guided the use of AI tools to generate visuals in a way that felt cinematic and emotionally resonant.

Inspiration and identification of brand values ​​and characteristics

Insight: Gen Z responds to playful, immersive stories rather than traditional corporate messaging.

Concept: Personify the recycled bottle’s second life as a magical adventure – turning sustainability into an aspirational, emotional experience.

Narrative Arc: The bottle journeys through a fantastical theme park, encountering elements of romance, nature, and cultural symbolism, each representing PepsiCo’s commitment to sustainability.

Collaboration: Worked closely with AI artists and sound designers to align mood, pacing, and atmosphere with the narrative vision.

Challenge
The main challenge was to translate the concept of recycling into an emotional and visual experience. For example, we wanted to symbolize the “second life” of the bottle through dreamlike transformations (like swans gracefully gliding across water).


Working with AI tools and video designers created another layer of complexity: the AI sometimes ignored specific creative directions or introduced unexpected visuals, which didn’t always align with the narrative. Finding common ground between my vision, the limitations of AI, and the team’s interpretations required both flexibility and persistence.

Outcome

The final film was a visually striking piece that communicated sustainability in a way that resonated with Gen Z. It turned a corporate message into an emotional journey, proving that AI-driven storytelling can be both experimental and meaningful.

 

Personally, this project strengthened my skills in narrative thinking, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and creative problem-solving under technological constraints.
